The following terms and conditions apply to the digital gift card (“Card”):

The card is sold only to individuals aged 18 and over. The card can only be redeemed by persons aged 18 and over who are residents of Austria. To redeem it, a Disney+ account registered in Austria with a valid email address must be created, and the Disney+ Terms of Use (disneyplus.com/legal/terms-of-use) must be accepted.
The card entitles the holder to a one-time use of a Disney+ subscription (“Disney+ Subscription”) for 3, 6, or 12 months from the moment the Disney+ code purchased with the card is redeemed. The full value of the card for a single Disney+ subscription will be deducted upon redemption. Partial redemption or incremental credit is not possible.
This Disney+ code can be redeemed at disneyplus.com/commerce/gift. Customers with an existing Disney+ subscription can only use the code after their current subscription period has ended.
You confirm and ensure that the email address you provide is correct and up to date. If you send the card to a third party’s email address, you confirm and ensure that no third-party rights are violated.
The Disney+ Subscription is subject to the Disney+ Terms of Use (disneyplus.com/legal/terms-of-use), Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and UK & EU Privacy Notices (disneyplus.com/legal/uk-eu-privacy-notice). The general terms and conditions and privacy policy of the card seller remain unaffected.
Redemption and use require compatible software and hardware as well as an internet connection. The card cannot be combined with other offers, coupons, discounts, or promotions. Without prejudice to statutory rights, the card cannot be redeemed for cash or other goods/services, exchanged, or credited toward the purchase of other memberships. The Disney+ Subscription cannot be sold and/or transferred. The code will not be accepted if obtained from an unauthorized seller. Disney assumes no liability for loss, theft, or fraudulent use of the card. Statutory warranty rights apply.
